Locally-sourced meats, boutique-breeds of beef from around the world, sustainably-harvested seafood,

artisan-cured meats, cheeses, rare fruits and vegetables, breweries, wineries, and micro-distillers. 

This year we will be featuring a table of culinary cookware and foods

still in Research & Development and looking for your feedback. 

We will also be sampling tasting from several local breweries.
