As a Chef and restaurant owner, Dole and Bailey is a true asset to my business. From the unmatched food knowledge - to the Customer support system - to the professionalism of the delivery drivers! So many things have to go right for a dish to be executed properly, from the time order is placed to the time it's plated. The product must be picked properly, inspected for quality, stored and shipped at the proper temperatures, and delivered safely without damage... to name just a few. Dole and Bailey has been doing this masterfully since 1886! And, as far as the products they carry, they only deal in excellence. I truly believe if it’s not GREAT they don't carry it!! Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Dole and Bailey as a dedicated, professional, and knowledgeable company that would be a beneficial addition to any company or organization.
